You can look up both of these at webmd.com for the facts on them. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is just that and an infection can cause inflammation, but this disease has it’s own causes. Just enter which one you want to look up first in the search area. I suggest you go for the PID first. Good luck and God Bless
